CESifo Area Conference on Employment and Social Protection 2018

The purpose of the conference is to bring together CESifo members to present and discuss their ongoing research, and to stimulate interaction and co-operation between them. All CESifo Research Network members are invited to submit their papers, which may deal with any topic within the domains of employment and social protection. The area has a wide scope of relevant research. It covers positive and normative research questions that are usually pursued in economic research on social policy, family policy and labor market policy. Further, it covers research questions that deal with inequality, redistribution and the political economy of redistribution and conflict.
